I would switch to canon if the fix all these things . I think this is an excellent idea; however, I still wouldn’t buy Canon if they included this. I have built in NDs on my Panasonic ENG cameras. I also have a GH3 and a GH4. I used to use a variable ND, now I have a couple of regular NDs that I use. Yeah built in is nice but it is not really a big deal. Audio improvements like the audio units for the GH5 and the Sony mirrorless cameras are good but, I always use second unit sound. The sound they get from these units doesn’t compare to my SoundDevices MixPre 3. Okay, maybe it is more convenient. Brilliant Dave, as usual. And Canon knows they are lagging in innovation, so… Could happen!
